植物の多様な生活史

植物の形質、性質を定量的に評価し、地球上に存在する多様な植物の生活史、そして共存メカニズムを探る。


植物の環境応答

同じ種でも環境により形や性質が大きく変わる。温度、CO2、降水量、光、土壌、風などの環境変化に対して植物はどう応答するかを把握する。


メタ解析

一人の生態学者が研究できる事は限られており、先人たちの研究を利用し、また共同研究者と連携し、より大きなスケールで生態学的事象の解析を行う。
